Job Overview
Ghai Electronics, located in Ludhiana, is seeking a diligent Field Sales Executive to enhance retail engagements and boost secondary sales through active fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to retailers following a specified beat plan
- Drive order generation and promote increased secondary sales
- Establish and nurture relationships with dealers and retailers
- Manage collections and ensure timely follow-ups
- Liaise effectively with billing and delivery departments
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in field sales is essential
- Background in FMCG, telecom, mobile accessories, or distribution sales is advantageous
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license
- Strong communication abilities and a result-driven mindset are required
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹22,400 to ₹52,900
- Additional incentives reaching up to ₹20,400 per month
- Provision of fuel or travel allowance
- Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining
