Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for recruiting shops and merchants to use PhonePe's suite of services, including QR Codes, Soundbox, and other merchant solutions. The role involves expanding the merchant base to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to local businesses and merchants to secure new customers.
- Advocate for PhonePe’s merchant products such as QR Codes and smart devices like soundboxes and scanners.
- Explain product features, benefits, and illustrate their value in enhancing merchant business operations.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity and customer interactions.
- Build robust, ongoing relationships with merchants to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements & Skills
Candidates should be comfortable with fieldwork, have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be proactive in achieving sales targets.
Compensation and Work Details
Salary ranges between 17000 and 27000 INR per month. The position requires on-site work in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
