About the Role
We are a reputed manufacturing firm seeking a dynamic and highly motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to work exclusively onsite. This role focuses on engaging directly with commercial clients, aiming to secure large-scale packaging contracts. The position demands an energetic individual passionate about fieldwork and incentivized earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of four physical meetings daily with potential clients to develop new bulk business leads.
- Focus sales efforts on major sectors such as commercial bakeries, sweet manufacturers, regional food brands, and corporate gift distributors.
- Collect and analyze competitors’ packaging samples and pricing structures to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits and client information using a mobile tracking app.
- Ensure seamless order processing and follow-up with clients for timely payments.
Candidate Requirements
- Zero to two years of experience in field sales; fresh candidates with strong enthusiasm and incentive-driven attitude are welcomed.
- Must possess a two-wheeler (bike or scooter) and a smartphone.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interaction and prospecting in the field.
- Basic arithmetic skills to handle pricing calculations.
- Fluency in the local language is required for effective communication.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed base salary of 15,000 INR per month.
- Weekly travel and fuel allowance provided based on logged visits.
- Competitive monthly commissions ranging from 0.5% to 2.5%, paid immediately after client payments clear, offering top performers potential earnings exceeding 30,000 INR per month.
