Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive role involves driving new business by connecting with potential clients, showcasing company products and services, and fostering lasting customer relationships. This position is tailored for individuals with 1 to over 3 years of field sales experience who are motivated to meet sales goals and develop a progressive sales career.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to customers and potential clients within the designated area.
- Spot and cultivate fresh business prospects via direct visits, referrals, and networking activities.
- Demonstrate and describe company offerings to prospective customers.
- Transform inquiries into completed sales and consistently meet monthly targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clientele.
- Perform frequent follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage order fulfillment, delivery, and support after sales.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales efforts, and daily visit documentation.
- Track competitor activity and market developments within the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely delivery of sales updates and reports to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Possess from one up to more than three years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or Business Development roles.
- Readiness to travel throughout the allocated territory is required.
- Basic familiarity with MS Excel, Email, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Having a valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle is preferred.
Language Skills
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
- Good command of English communication is expected.
- Knowledge of Hindi is considered an additional advantage.
