Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

This position involves engaging customers directly at project locations associated with reputable developers. The executive will interact with provided leads, as well as leverage their network, consisting of both registered and new clients in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and connecting with customers at project sites of prominent developers.
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and converting conversations into physical meetings or site visits.
• Achieving the sales targets established by the company.
• Demonstrating solid understanding of real estate dynamics and market trends relevant to Chennai.
• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Operating independently to meet and exceed sales goals.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Any graduate candidate.
• Experience ranging from 6 months to 8 years in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance coupled with a sales-driven approach.
• Must be familiar with the Chennai real estate market.
• Immediate availability preferred for joining.
• Owning a 2-wheeler is mandatory for mobility.
