Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves identifying and onboarding new merchants for our QR code and sound box products, promoting sales in the field, and expanding market presence within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and engage new merchants to onboard them for QR code and sound box product sales.
- Perform regular field visits, targeting around 10-15 merchants daily, to promote products and increase sales.
- Enhance product distribution and boost market share in the allocated geographic area.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring product satisfaction and continued usage.
- Gather and relay valuable market feedback and business insights to management.
- Follow the prescribed beat plan, maintain accurate daily activity records, and ensure punctual attendance.
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 16,000 and INR 26,000.
