2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd., a recruitment and staffing firm with operations since 1999, is seeking Field Recruiters/Mobilizers for bulk hiring of blue-collar roles in Howrah district. The positions involve recruitment for profiles such as Loader, Packer, Picker, Sorter, Unloader, Data Entry Operator, and ITI-certified workers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment activities primarily in field settings, sourcing candidates directly from villages, panchayats, educational institutes, and local communities.
• Handle bulk hiring specifically for blue-collar roles in warehouse and logistics sectors.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including candidate sourcing and mobilization.

Essential Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass.
• Experience between 6 months to 4 years in blue-collar hiring, especially bulk recruitment across relevant job categories.
• Possession of a bike is mandatory to facilitate field visits.
• Open to both male and female candidates.

Job Location and Details

• Work location is within Howrah district, focusing on areas such as Ranihati, Dhulagarh, Uluberia, and Bally.
• Designation: Mobilizer/Recruiter.
• Field visits and candidate sourcing in villages and local institutions are compulsory components of the role.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from INR 14,000 to 23,000.
