Role overview
Rapido is looking for local, energetic people to work as Feet-on-Street (FOS) executives. The role focuses on bringing Auto and E-Rickshaw captains onto the platform through in-person field efforts.
What the job involves
- Meeting potential captains through on-ground visits and helping with onboarding.
- Working in a completely target-driven setup.
- Operating in the field rather than from a desk.
Location
This opportunity is available in Bareilly, Moradabad, Agra, Aligarh, Prayagraj, and Gorakhpur.
Requirements
- Applicants should be local to the city and comfortable working outdoors.
- A smartphone is required.
- Strong communication skills and familiarity with the city are important for success in this role.
Compensation
The role offers earning potential of up to ₹22,000 per month, made up of fixed pay and incentives.
