Field Collection Executive

About the Role

We seek motivated and responsible individuals to join us as Collection Executives focused on group loan recovery. This full-time position involves engaging with customers across Odisha to ensure timely loan repayments and maintaining accurate collection records.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customer locations for group loan collection activities.
• Collect payments in line with scheduled due dates.
• Maintain daily logs of collections and customer information.
• Follow up persistently on overdue or pending payments.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with clients.
• Coordinate collection status updates with branches or teams.
• Provide daily collection reports to supervisors.
• Ensure proper and timely deposit or submission of collected funds as per the company policy.
• Effectively handle customer queries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Open to freshers and experienced professionals.
• Both male and female candidates are welcome.
• Maximum age limit: 32 years.
• Minimum education of 12th Pass or Graduate level qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to work in field environments and travel within assigned areas.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and related documentation.
• Responsible, punctual, and focused on targets.
