Female Resident Captain

About the Role

Keys on Rent is seeking a Female Resident Captain to oversee daily operations at a women's residential property. The successful candidate will ensure the premises remain safe, comfortable, and well-kept, while acting as the main liaison for tenants.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily functioning of the residential facility assigned.
• Facilitate tenant move-ins by welcoming and assisting new residents.
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and promptness.
• Enforce property guidelines and maintain discipline among the residents.
• Perform routine inspections of rooms and shared spaces to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other repair issues.
• Maintain accurate records of tenants, occupancy, and daily operational reports.
• Supervise security measures and promptly communicate any incidents or emergencies to management.
• Foster positive tenant relations to ensure a pleasant living environment.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth day-to-day property operations.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Preferably graduate or diploma holders.
• Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in roles such as Warden, Hostel Warden, Resident Manager, or Property Supervisor is desirable.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills are also welcome to apply.
• Willingness to reside at the property if accommodation is provided and necessary.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours as dictated by operational demands.
• Able to stay composed and act efficiently during emergency situations.
