About the Role

The Tea Master will support outlet operations at a luxury integrated resort, with a strong focus on guest experience, tea presentation, and revenue support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Tea Master in delivering a polished, high-touch service experience for guests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with important guests, including casino visitors, hosts, and tea connoisseurs.
  • Help drive outlet sales while keeping a close watch on costs, especially tea-related expenses.
  • Keep the tea counter, work areas, and equipment clean, tidy, and well maintained.
  • Join daily briefings and stay updated on all operational matters for the day.
  • Ensure personal appearance and team grooming standards meet outlet requirements.
  • Work closely with floor service colleagues to maintain smooth and consistent service delivery.
  • Track stock levels for supplies and equipment, raise requisitions when needed, and prepare for expected business demand.
  • Recommend and promote products or offerings to guests when appropriate.
  • Set up and check workstations and pantries to ensure they meet departmental standards.
  • Make sure all tools, materials, and equipment are ready for service before operations begin.

  • Tea Master certification from the International Tea Masters Association is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of Tea Master experience in food and beverage operations; experience in Michelin-starred or Black Pearl Diamond establishments is preferred.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury resort or outlet.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Comfort with basic accounting and budgeting tasks.
  • Ability to communicate in simple English and speak Mandarin or Cantonese fluently to serve English- and Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking guests.
