F&B Service Expert (Waiter / Waitress)

Role Overview

This position is focused on delivering a memorable dining experience rather than simply serving meals. The role is about creating a warm, polished guest journey through attentive food and beverage service, thoughtful interaction, and smooth coordination with the kitchen and team members.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare dining areas by setting tables and ensuring service stations are ready.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate service.
• Welcome, engage, and serve guests throughout their meal experience.
• Handle table clearing, workspace tidying, and upkeep of service supplies.
• Help make every transaction feel like a natural part of the guest experience.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.

Work Expectations

The role requires maintaining a professional appearance and communication style at all times, while following company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines. The position is physically active and involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, including movement over uneven or slippery surfaces. It also requires reading and checking menu information carefully and handling items that may weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The work may include reaching overhead and below the knees, as well as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No prior supervisory experience is needed.
• No license or certification is required.
