F&B Service Expert - Lobby Lounge

Role Overview

This position is part of the food and beverage team at a luxury hospitality property in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on creating a polished and memorable guest experience through attentive table service, smooth coordination with the kitchen, and consistent upkeep of the service area.

What You’ll Do

• Support guests throughout their dining experience by delivering attentive and timely service.
• Set up tables and service areas to meet brand and quality standards.
• Communicate guest needs and orders clearly to the kitchen and relevant team members.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and handle transactions as part of the guest experience.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use.
• Contribute to a safe and efficient workplace by following established procedures and policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance, communication style, and conduct at all times.
• Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Work Standards and Physical Requirements

This role requires constant movement and active, hands-on work. The team member must be comfortable standing, walking, or sitting for long periods, moving across uneven, sloped, or slippery surfaces, reading and checking menu information, and handling objects. The job may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or placing items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching above the head and below the knees, bending, twisting, stooping, and pulling.

Preferred Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. Less than 1 year of related work experience is required, and no supervisory background is needed. No license or certification is required for this role.
