Role overview
The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is hiring a Spa Therapist to support the smooth running of spa operations in a luxury resort environment. The property is a 5-star destination in West Bay Lagoon, Doha, known for refined hospitality, award-winning dining, a high-end spa, fitness facilities, pools, a private beach, and event spaces. This role contributes to delivering memorable guest experiences while upholding the brand’s Gold Standards and luxury service philosophy.
What you will do
You will help create a polished and seamless spa experience for guests by handling both service and administrative tasks. This includes presenting spa offerings, managing retail and service-related transactions, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering guest queries about treatments and services, welcoming guests, and processing payments as part of the overall guest journey.
The role also requires consistent attention to safety, quality, grooming, and professionalism. You will be expected to follow company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance and communication style, and perform duties accurately and thoughtfully in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Work environment and physical demands
This position involves extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, including movement across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. You will also use reservation systems, verify information visually, and carry out light physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, placing objects, and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Candidate profile
The ideal applicant has a high school diploma or GED equivalent and does not need prior related work experience or supervisory experience. No license or certification is required. Preference is given to male candidates.
