F&B Service Expert (Dry)

Role overview

This position is focused on creating a polished and memorable guest experience during banquets and events. The role goes beyond simple service delivery: it involves helping the event run smoothly from preparation through wrap-up, while making every guest interaction feel thoughtful and seamless.

Key duties

You will support a variety of event-related service tasks, including setting up and dismantling event materials, moving supplies, collecting and serving orders, and interacting with guests in a professional and engaging way. The goal is to make each transaction feel like a natural part of the overall experience.

Work standards and physical demands

Success in this role requires consistently maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, and meeting quality expectations. You will also need to present yourself professionally in terms of uniform, grooming, and communication. The job is active and hands-on, with extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, plus regular lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Required background

A high school diploma or an equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate is preferred. Candidates should bring at least 1 year of relevant work experience. No supervisory experience is required, and no license or certification is needed.
