Factory Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our facility in Ludhiana, Punjab. The ideal candidate will ensure that production activities run smoothly in line with schedules, maintain product quality, and uphold workplace safety and discipline standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to meet planned schedules efficiently.
• Supervise labor force ensuring optimal utilization of manpower.
• Ensure quality standards of products in compliance with company norms.
• Keep accurate daily production logs and prepare related reports.
• Serve as a communication link between the factory floor and management regarding production progress and any operational concerns.
• Coordinate material handling and stock flow within the plant premises.
• Maintain discipline, enforce safety protocols, and oversee cleanliness in the factory environment.
• Promptly report issues such as machine failures, material shortages, and other production disruptions to management.
• Ensure workers adhere strictly to instructions and follow established operating procedures.
• Support initiatives for quality control and process enhancements.

Remuneration

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 12,500 to INR 20,000.
