This role involves maintaining our facilities, ensuring operational bowling lanes, and addressing any operational faults reported by guests or team members. Working in a lively and fast-paced environment, you will undergo comprehensive training and development opportunities to excel and potentially advance into management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards throughout the centre including upkeep of bowling lanes.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any faults or maintenance issues raised by guests or staff.
• Work collaboratively with centre team to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Candidate Requirements

• Hands-on experience with general DIY tasks such as painting, decorating, plumbing, and maintenance excluding electrical work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with guests and colleagues professionally.
• Energetic with the capacity to thrive in a high-tempo environment.
• Cooperative, supportive team player with flexibility regarding working hours and shifts.
• Basic literacy and numeracy abilities.
• Proactive attitude towards maintaining equipment and ensuring top-notch centre standards.
