TEKEQ India Pvt. Ltd., located in Peenya, Bengaluru, is seeking a skilled Production Engineer/Production Supervisor with 6 to 10 years of experience in the sheet metal fabrication sector. This role demands leadership in managing fabrication processes, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee daily production activities.
• Supervise operations including sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
• Achieve production objectives while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments for streamlined operations.
• Manage workforce on the shop floor to uphold production efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S methodology, and compliance with processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
• Six to ten years of relevant industry experience in sheet metal fabrication.
• Proficient understanding of fabrication drawings and key processes such as welding, laser cutting, CNC bending, and assembly.
• Experience in managing shop floor operations and production planning.
• Strong leadership abilities coupled with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
