Job description
Overview
Pushpay is inviting visionary software engineers, AI researchers, and systems architects with expertise in Agentic AI to express their interest in innovative development opportunities. The focus is on designing autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, executing complex tasks, and utilizing various tools.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop Large Language Model-based autonomous agents that perform multi-step reasoning, self-error correction, and tool interaction.
- Create frameworks to facilitate cooperative multi-agent systems that handle collaboration, conflict resolution, and parallel task execution.
- Implement sophisticated prompt engineering strategies such as Chain-of-Thought and Tree-of-Thought architectures.
- Design and apply comprehensive evaluation benchmarks to ensure agent reliability, safety, and minimize hallucinations.
Technical Expertise
- In-depth experience with AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, and C#.
- Practical skills integrating and fine-tuning AI models from OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, and open-source equivalents.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus), graph databases, and deploying scalable solutions using Kubernetes, Podman, and Docker containers.
