This full-time position is based in Dublin, Ireland, and involves building and leading the group’s European sales subsidiary. The role includes travel across Europe as well as visits to production sites in France and the Netherlands.

The business operates two production facilities in France and the Netherlands, has established brands, and holds a strong private label presence. The group is now accelerating its European expansion by growing its own brands in new markets while also establishing its international sales subsidiary in Dublin. The successful candidate will help drive this growth and will ultimately take over management of the subsidiary.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the group’s export activity across Europe for both owned and licensed brands, covering retail listings, grocery retail, impulse, and foodservice channels.
  • Develop the branded export pipeline by identifying target countries and prospecting retail buying groups, distributors, and importers.
  • Build, recruit, and oversee a network of agents, brokers, and V.I.E. field staff by country.
  • Represent the company at major trade fairs such as PLMA Amsterdam, SIAL Paris, and ISM Cologne.
  • Work with group leadership to establish the export pricing strategy.
  • Set up and manage the local team, including sales administration, supply chain, and quality functions.
  • Support the development and international growth of the group’s brands.
