Role Overview
As a Recruiting Manager at Crowe, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent by collaborating closely with hiring managers and partners to understand workforce needs. The role demands a strategic approach to recruitment, strong relationship-building capabilities, and facilitation of comprehensive hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to devise and implement strategic recruitment plans.
- Source, screen, interview, and select qualified professionals, predominantly within technical domains.
- Maintain and expand networks through industry contacts, memberships, and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sourcing team to explore new talent acquisition channels.
- Manage candidate data meticulously and provide accurate recruitment reports.
- Engage in special projects or task forces as assigned.
- Demonstrate proficiency in direct sourcing techniques including cold calling.
- Ensure effective communication at all organizational levels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience in professional services and over 10 years of overall recruiting experience.
- Experience in public accounting recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of success in competitive recruitment environments.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, alongside applicant tracking systems.
- Exemplary interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies such as Boolean search and AIRS certifications.
