Key Responsibilities

• Assist in serving food and beverages in accordance with the hotel's standards.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Execute all opening and closing duties following the hotel's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within all service areas.
• Ensure all preparations are completed ahead of service times to facilitate smooth operations.
• Effectively communicate information about hotel and group services to guests.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
