Job Overview
This Dubai-based private jet and VIP charter operation is looking for an accomplished cabin crew professional who can deliver polished in-flight service to VIP and VVIP business travelers. The role combines premium hospitality with strict aviation safety standards, along with complete discretion and a highly professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Keep the aircraft cabin safe and operate in line with all relevant aviation rules and procedures.
- Provide highly personalised service to VIP and VVIP passengers throughout the flight.
- Complete cabin inspections before departure and after landing.
- Prepare the cabin, coordinate catering, and ensure the presentation meets luxury service expectations.
- Use sound knowledge of safety equipment and emergency protocols on board.
- Protect passenger privacy and handle all flight-related information with strict confidentiality.
- Support passengers with special requests, comfort requirements, and cultural preferences.
Requirements
- Must be ready to relocate immediately.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in commercial aviation, business jets, or VIP/VVIP operations is mandatory.
- Minimum height requirement is 160 cm.
- Strong English communication skills are essential; other languages will be considered an added advantage.
- Should present a neat, professional appearance and maintain a positive attitude.
- Excellent client-handling and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be comfortable with variable working patterns, including weekends, public holidays, and international travel, depending on operational needs.
- Candidates must satisfy UAE visa eligibility rules and medical fitness standards.
- Experience in business jet, private jet, or VIP/VVIP charter environments is preferred.
- Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining service is an advantage.
- Must demonstrate cultural sensitivity, discretion, professionalism, close attention to detail, and a consistent focus on high-quality service.
