This full-time position is based in Chennai, requiring work from office in a night shift aligned with US timings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage physician claim processes using CMS1500 billing format.
• Engage with insurance providers through calls to follow up on claims.
• Verify claim statuses and corresponding payment information.
• Persistently track pending, denied, or unsettled claims for resolution.
• Maintain accurate update of claim details within the management system.
• Achieve daily goals for outbound call volumes related to claims.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in AR Calling specifically in Physician Billing.
• Proficiency in handling CMS1500 claim forms.
• Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with insurance payers.
• Comfortable and confident in making calls to insurance companies for claim follow-ups.

Additional Information

• Interview schedule: Interviews will be conducted from July 27, 2026, to August 7, 2026, Monday to Friday, between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No interviews on weekends.
