Role overview
The Executive Vice President is a senior leadership role within the top management team. In this position, you will support the CEO in shaping the company’s long-term direction and turning strategy into action. The role focuses on overseeing major business functions, improving collaboration across departments, and helping the organization deliver on growth objectives in a sustainable way.
Strategy execution and business growth
- Partner with the CEO to define and advance the company’s overall growth strategy.
- Convert strategic priorities into practical business plans and execution roadmaps.
- Drive expansion in the company’s core business areas and support market growth.
- Track how well strategy is being implemented and refine the approach when needed.
Operations and business management
- Oversee the management of key business departments and operating functions.
- Build an effective operating structure and management framework.
- Improve workflows and allocate resources efficiently to raise operational performance.
- Ensure business units meet agreed performance goals.
Cross-functional coordination and organizational leadership
- Encourage collaboration across departments and help integrate resources effectively.
- Address and resolve major operational challenges across the organization.
- Strengthen cooperation between product, marketing, sales, operations, and other teams.
- Increase the organization’s execution speed and overall effectiveness.
Strategic projects and business development
- Lead major business initiatives and high-priority strategic projects.
- Support the launch and growth of new businesses, markets, and products.
- Manage important external partnerships and alliances.
- Keep critical projects on schedule and aligned with their intended outcomes.
Performance management and reporting
- Create and maintain a performance management system for core business areas.
- Monitor key business metrics and financial results.
- Provide regular business updates to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Support continuous improvement in business performance and growth.
Team development and leadership
- Build strong, high-performing management teams.
- Develop future leaders across the business.
- Strengthen company culture and leadership capability.

External representation and partnerships
- Represent the company in discussions with major customers, partners, and investment organizations.

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in business management, engineering, finance, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced management qualification is preferred. The ideal candidate should bring more than 20 years of experience in corporate management or business operations, including at least 15 years in senior leadership roles. Experience in large organizations or fast-growing companies is important, along with a proven record of driving business expansion or organizational transformation.
