Role Overview
This full-time, on-site Executive Secretary position is situated in the Riyadh Region. The executive secretary will deliver extensive administrative assistance to senior leaders by managing calendars, arranging meetings, organizing travel schedules, and drafting communications and reports.
Key Duties
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain orderly filing and documentation systems.
- Support secretarial functions including preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes, and managing official company records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, offering professional client service to ensure smooth executive operations.
- Maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload effectively, and uphold a high level of professionalism within the executive office environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong clerical abilities encompassing document drafting, filing, record management, and proficiency with fundamental office software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with company secretarial duties such as agenda preparation, minute taking, and official documentation maintenance.
- Proven competence in executive support tasks including calendar oversight, meeting arrangement, and travel coordination.
- Customer service aptitude focused on responsiveness, problem resolution, and courteous conduct.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Preferred qualification is a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a related discipline.
