About the Role
Our client, a distinguished luxury interior design firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their founder. This position involves not only managing the founder's business and personal schedules but also handling daily office operations. This is a prime opportunity to work with a prestigious figure in the design industry and regularly engage with an exclusive clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both business and personal calendars, arranging and confirming calls and meetings.
- Handle personal errands for the founder, including shopping, returns, dry cleaning, and pet care tasks.
- Interact professionally with clients and their teams maintaining the highest standards.
- Coordinate office tasks such as sorting mail, opening packages, liaising with vendors, and ordering inventory.
- Monitor and manage email communications, including drafting and responding as appropriate.
- Proactively collaborate with team members and clients to coordinate meetings, assign tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Organize both business and personal travel arrangements with detailed itineraries.
- Keep track of expenses and invoices and report them accordingly.
- Support firm-wide scheduling for events, presentations, installations, and holidays through cross-functional teamwork.
- Assist with additional tasks and special projects as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
- Background in design, upscale retail, hospitality, or creative services is advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service aptitude with a polished approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Exemplary organizational capabilities with integrity and dependable follow-through.
- Patience, initiative, and a consistently positive demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location and Compensation
This position is based onsite in San Francisco, CA. The annual base salary range offered is between $90,000 and $130,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The compensation package also includes benefits, bonuses, and additional perks.
