About the Role

Jumeirah Group & Corporate is looking for an Executive Director to lead Private Clients Sales. The role is centered on expanding direct engagement with ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients, family offices, and influential advisors, while driving growth across the brand’s most exclusive offerings.

Key Accountabilities

  • Shape and deliver Jumeirah’s global private client growth plan, with a strong focus on direct revenue from suites, villas, private journeys, and long-stay residences.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with an elite portfolio of UHNWI and HNWI clients, creating bespoke experiences such as private yacht arrangements, full-property buyouts, celebrations, and multi-generational travel.
  • Develop a trusted network of private bankers, wealth advisors, art and lifestyle curators, and other luxury intermediaries.
  • Act as a senior representative of Jumeirah within the global private client community, attending invitation-only events, intimate client engagements, and high-profile industry forums with discretion and credibility.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Private Sales team, define ambitious performance standards, and strengthen the function’s presence across priority source markets.
  • Work closely with property leaders and cross-functional teams across Brand, Marketing, Digital, Loyalty, and Commercial to create tailored offers and deliver exceptional ultra-luxury guest experiences.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will bring substantial senior-level experience working with private clients or UHNWI/HNWI relationships in luxury hospitality, private banking, wealth, or lifestyle-related sectors. A strong existing network in elite circles is essential, along with a proven ability to generate incremental revenue from high-value clients.
