About the Role
Join Sun Pharma as an Executive Assistant supporting the Chief Quality Officer within the Global Quality and Compliance business unit. Located at Sun House, Mumbai, this role involves partnering closely with senior leadership to facilitate strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Quality Officer in formulating, executing, and overseeing new business strategies and initiatives across various departments.
- Collaborate with the global team to assist in the annual planning and budgeting activities, ensuring feedback integration through diligent coordination and follow-up.
- Partner with multiple functions to establish and manage dashboards and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, supporting preparation for monthly executive committee meetings, functional reviews, and Town Hall events.
- Monitor and track business transformation initiatives within the function to ensure progress and alignment with goals.
- Lead and execute critical, time-sensitive special projects as assigned.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and swiftly adapt to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrate proactive ownership of responsibilities and consistently meet set deadlines with attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate degree complemented by an MBA from a premier business school.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in consulting, manufacturing, finance, or general management.
