Description de l'emploi
About the company
This is a standout opening for an accomplished and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Directors in a fast-growing property and investment organisation. The role sits close to leadership and operations, offering exposure to strategic work, business initiatives, and senior-level decision-making rather than the scope of a standard EA position.
The assignment is a 12-month maternity leave contract and comes with a workplace known for collaboration, strong culture, and genuine investment in its people.
Benefits
- Annual performance bonus
- Onsite parking
- Fully fitted onsite gym
- Frequent social activities and company celebrations
- Direct exposure to leadership discussions and business initiatives
- High-performing workplace with a people-first culture
About the role
Reporting to two Directors, you will act as the main coordination hub for diaries, communications, stakeholder engagement, travel, and day-to-day operational support in a fast-moving environment.
This position suits someone who works as a true partner to leadership: someone who can anticipate needs, remove roadblocks early, and keep competing priorities moving smoothly and calmly.
In addition to traditional EA support, you will be trusted with meaningful access to leadership, contribute to business conversations, support important initiatives, and serve as a dependable extension of the Directors across both strategic and operational matters.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organised, comfortable working independently, and energised by pace and change.
Key responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive and personal assistant support across both professional and personal matters
- Handle complex diary coordination and manage overlapping scheduling demands
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including complete itinerary planning
- Manage inboxes, correspondence, and stakeholder communications on behalf of the Directors
- Support personal administration such as appointments, lifestyle coordination, and ad hoc requests
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting papers, agendas, presentations, and executive documents
- Coordinate company events, leadership offsites, and team activities
- Take part in leadership discussions and assist with wider business priorities
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and help the business operate more efficiently
About you
You are an experienced EA who has supported senior or C-suite leaders in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
You naturally stay ahead of needs, make sound decisions with limited guidance, and are comfortable working with highly driven executives.
You bring strong organisation skills, confidence in managing shifting priorities, excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and the maturity to operate well in a business environment.
You are also comfortable providing respectful challenge, sharing your perspective, and influencing outcomes when necessary.
A polished, calm, and solutions-focused approach under pressure is essential. Experience in entrepreneurial, investment, property, startup, or high-growth environments will be highly valued.
