Role Overview
We seek an Executive Assistant to support the CEO by acting as their operational leverage in areas including calendar management, communication, maintaining company rhythm, recruitment, investor relations, customer engagement, and daily execution. This individual will enable the CEO to work swiftly, remain focused, and operate with increased clarity as Clark scales. Responsibilities include managing the CEO's schedule, preparing for meetings, ensuring follow-ups, coordinating internally, handling travel arrangements, and managing special projects to facilitate smooth company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and logistical arrangements for meetings.
- Handle internal and external communications on the CEO's behalf.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up notes for significant engagements.
- Coordinate meetings involving customers, investors, candidates, advisors, and partners.
- Organize travel logistics, manage expenses, and oversee daily operational tasks.
- Monitor follow-ups ensuring all commitments from the CEO are fulfilled.
- Support the maintenance of company operating cadence, including leadership meetings and weekly priorities.
- Assist in recruitment coordination focused on senior and key hires.
- Manage sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Engage in special projects spanning operations, recruiting, events, and overall company development.
