Role Overview

This position offers a unique opportunity to be a trusted business partner to the CEO, playing a key role in strategic decision-making, corporate governance, commercial growth, investor relations, and international business development. The successful candidate will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, providing comprehensive high-level support and ensuring executive effectiveness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver confidential executive assistance including managing complex diaries, prioritising communications, and arranging domestic and international travel logistics such as visas and accommodation.
  • Prepare and manage executive correspondence, reports, briefing documents, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate and follow up on executive meetings, ensuring action items and strategic initiatives progress efficiently.
  • Organise Board and Executive Leadership meetings, compile governance documents, prepare Board packs and minutes, and maintain governance records and compliance registers.
  • Assist with corporate governance reporting, compliance, and strategic workshops.
  • Support the CEO in commercial activities by conducting market and competitor research, analysing financial and industry data, preparing strategic summaries and presentations, and collaborating with external advisers on investment and capital raising processes.
  • Create polished executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for Board, investors, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Board members, investors, government officials, professional advisers, and international partners across multiple time zones.
  • Represent the Executive Office with utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with an emphasis on executive presentations.
  • Impeccable confidentiality, professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Holder of a current Australian driver's license and willing to undertake domestic and international travel.
