Role summary
This position supports senior leadership with day-to-day coordination to keep operations running smoothly. The role focuses on calendar and meeting management, expense handling, travel coordination, reporting, database and SharePoint maintenance, and supporting project-related work. The scope typically covers support for two or more Vice Presidents.
Key responsibilities
The Executive Assistant Business Partner will manage executive calendars with limited guidance, handle routine administrative processes, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and the immediate team. The role also involves improving efficiency, anticipating leadership needs, and helping ensure deadlines and follow-through across tasks and projects.
