Role overview
Canada’s Wonderland is hiring a temporary Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support in Vaughan, Ontario. The hourly pay for this role is $27.00.
This position is open only to candidates who are at least 18 years old. The assignment requires full-time availability throughout the contract period and an on-site presence.
What you will do
- Support the Finance Director and Park President with day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
- Monitor action items, meeting records, and follow-up tasks for the Park President and senior leadership so key priorities are completed on time.
- Draft reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents for leadership meetings, operational reviews, and company communications.
- Manage reception duties and welcome guests in a polished, professional way.
- Help organize leadership meetings, special events, corporate visits, travel plans, and associate engagement activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier deliveries.
- Arrange the return of lost and found items to guests through courier service promptly.
- Make sure office equipment is working properly.
- Track office inventory and place supply orders for other departments when needed.
- Provide support to Finance functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks as required.
- Take on other duties as assigned.

Eligibility and qualifications
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and available to work full-time for the entire contract. The ideal candidate has at least three years of office-based experience and strong working knowledge of MS Office. You should be highly organized, capable of working independently, able to prioritize effectively, and comfortable handling detailed work in a busy, fast-moving setting. A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset are also important.
