Role Overview
Fauna Robotics, an Amazon company, is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Executive Assistant to offer executive-level support to senior leadership. This position emphasizes rigorous calendar management, meticulous scheduling, and organizational excellence to keep leadership and teams focused and aligned. Candidates must be adept at managing multiple high-priority requests simultaneously while anticipating needs and implementing improvements. Professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality are crucial. The role requires working five days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic ally to senior leaders, pinpointing possibilities to enhance organizational efficiency and operational excellence.
- Handle intricate calendars and scheduling for several executives across diverse time zones.
- Lead ongoing improvements through the optimization of processes and adoption of innovative methods.
- Organize team functions including staff meetings, all-hands meetings, offsites, and events.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential company information with utmost discretion.
- Plan and manage economical domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Participate in crucial meetings, monitor action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare expense reports and oversee budget tracking activities.
- Collaborate with leadership to comprehend priorities and design processes that advance team effectiveness.
- Serve as the point of contact between executives and both internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
- At least five years supporting Amazon or a minimum of three years in senior leadership support roles.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- One year or more experience with Microsoft Office products, or alternatively, a bachelor's degree obtained within the last year in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience steering process improvements.
- Background working in fast-paced, technology-centric environments.
- Proven ability in designing processes that boost operational efficiency.

The salary range for this position is $81,600 to $142,800 annually. Compensation includes base pay, sign-on bonuses, and restricted stock units (RSUs).
