About the Role
Collins Aerospace is seeking a capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support the HR Business Head at the KIADB Devanahalli Plant. This is a contractual assignment for one year, with the option to continue longer depending on business needs and performance. The position is based on site and follows a five-day work week. The payroll will be managed through a third-party vendor.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the HR Business Head on different projects and initiatives.
- Monitor tasks, coordinate execution, and keep follow-ups on track.
- Create polished presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Work with data in Microsoft Excel for analysis and maintenance.
- Handle administrative and coordination duties as needed.
Requirements
- A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
- Applicants should bring 5 to 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role.
- Strong hands-on ability with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Experience in preparing presentations and managing work efficiently is important.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are needed.
Job Details
This role is located at the KIADB Devanahalli Plant in Devanahalli, India. It is a contract position for one year, with the possibility of extension. The work arrangement is on-site for five days each week, and compensation is offered in the range of INR 10,00,000 to INR 18,00,000 per year. Employment is routed through a third-party vendor.
