Role Overview
As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Co-President of 300 Entertainment and Hip Hop, R&B, and Global Music at Atlantic Records from our New York office. Your key function will involve coordinating efforts across Marketing, Operations, and Creative departments, aiding in seamless company-wide initiatives execution and communication.
Key Duties
- Deliver direct and effective administrative assistance to the Co-President of 300.
- Ensure follow-through on company-wide initiatives spearheaded by the Co-President.
- Manage the Co-President’s calendar thoughtfully and systematize incoming requests.
- Maintain professional correspondence with artists, managers, and industry contacts.
- Support the Co-President in liaising with all company departments.
- Organize meetings and special event coordination.
- Participate in weekly meetings, contributing creative suggestions.
- Prepare and disseminate marketing presentations and reports.

- Previous experience assisting music executives.

- Familiarity with localized music and lifestyle cultures.
- Ability to transition fluidly between diverse focus areas.
- A positive attitude and high energy approach.

Warner Music Group hosts numerous renowned labels including 10K Projects, Atlantic Music Group, Warner Records, and more, supporting a range of artists from emerging talents to global superstars. Our publishing branch, Warner Chappell Music, represents an extensive catalog of over one million copyrights. WMG actively promotes a collaborative environment with a strong in-office presence, requiring at least four days per week onsite in New York.
Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $19.23 to $23.84, depending on experience and business needs, with changes possible over time.
