Execution Foreman

Responsibilities and Duties

• Verify all structural works against drawings prior to concrete pouring.
• Conduct various structural inspections related to client requirements.
• Supervise on-site activities including foundation work, brickwork, columns, beams, reinforced cement concrete (R.C.C) operations, and finishing tasks.
• Ensure adherence to Indian Standards (I.S.) codes and specifications throughout the construction process.
• Maintain comprehensive records following specified codes and standards.
• Prepare billing documents for clients and subcontractors.
• Perform measurement verification, estimating, and costing for projects.
• Oversee erection and dismantling procedures for launching girders.
• Manage fabrication and erection of steel structures.
• Review and implement work procedures aligned with quality standards.
• Enforce safety protocols to protect all deployed personnel on-site.
• Provide expertise in steel bridge construction including assembly, bolting, welding, and camber management.
• Experience managing 2-3 steel bridge projects is expected; specific knowledge of Over Structure Development (OSD) projects is advantageous.
• Lead and guide the team for overall management of OSD assembly works and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
