The company is introducing a Management Consulting vertical designed to convert real consulting work into structured training environments for generative AI models.

Role Summary

This role entails utilizing your experience from elite strategy consulting firms to design authentic consulting scenarios and tasks that teach AI models complex business reasoning. Contributors work remotely in a project-based capacity, focusing on analytical design and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project contexts reflecting true engagement challenges, including industry background, financial details, competing inputs, and incomplete data.
• Decompose consulting engagements into detailed, discrete tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategies, operational diagnosis, and benchmarking for AI training purposes.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, grading criteria, and model solutions to support LLM-based grading systems that assess AI-generated outputs at scale.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum three years of project experience at top-tier strategy consulting firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical approaches.
• Experience constructing financial models, conducting market analysis, and synthesizing complex data into coherent client deliverables under time constraints.
• Strong skills in making and defending recommendations amidst uncertainty, with meticulous attention to logical consistency and quality.
• Self-motivated, independent working style with strong written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher).
• No technical expertise required; training for necessary lightweight tools is provided.

Compensation

Compensations for this role can be as high as 60 USD per hour, subject to the contributor’s experience and pace. Pay varies by project based on complexity and expertise required.
