About the Role
At Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, this position supports the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department while staying aligned with Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand expectations. The role is focused on the catering and events space, combining client relationship development, account handling, and event coordination.
What You’ll Do
You will help drive efficient department operations and contribute to outcomes that satisfy employee, guest, and owner expectations. In practice, this role acts as a specialist in catering sales and supports the full cycle of event planning and management.
Qualifications
The ideal profile includes at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel. A strong grasp of selling methods and banquet operations is important. Familiarity with MS Office, email tools, and hotel systems such as Fidelio, Delphi, or RESERVE will be considered an advantage.
