Role Summary
As an EPM FCCS Senior Associate Consultant, you will partner with clients to implement Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions tailored to optimize their financial processes. This position requires deep engagement with client needs, focusing on business application consulting within the Technology Consulting practice at PwC. You will contribute to enhancing client operational performance through financial consolidation and forecasting expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze intricate business processes and develop Oracle EPM solutions customized to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their financial planning and forecasting demands, translating these insights into strategic approaches.
- Leverage Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to improve data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Conduct thorough business process reviews to identify areas for efficiency improvement and organizational enhancement.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models that support strategic initiatives.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics effectively.
- Carry out root cause analyses to resolve financial inconsistencies and enhance profitability management strategies.
- Manage budget creation aligning with client targets and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support enterprise-wide integration projects aimed at streamlining financial operations and optimizing resource distribution.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, encouraging their professional development and expertise growth.
