About the Company
M PLAST has been an established company for over 40 years specializing in the manufacturing of plastic processing machines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team engaged in manufacturing various machines on the shop floor.
- Supervise machine design, development, and production processes to optimize resource utilization.
- Enhance workflow by streamlining manufacturing procedures and boosting productivity.
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective changes.
- Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with quality standards and applicable regulations.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships to procure superior components for production.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of machine design, structural frameworks, and fabrication techniques.
- Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Solid knowledge of various metalworking processes.
- Experienced with CAD software, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Eligibility
Applicants should have completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool and Die Making, Metallurgical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or hold an ITI certification.
