Overview
An established automotive manufacturing company based in Dubai is urgently seeking fresh engineering graduates fluent in Arabic to join their tendering team as Junior Sales Coordinators. This role serves as an excellent entry point for B.E or B.Tech graduates in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering aiming to start a career in automotive sales and tender processes. Comprehensive training will be provided, and candidates must be ready for immediate employment or within 15 days.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and tender procedures involving OEMs and Tier-1 clients in the automotive sector.
- Support preparation of technical quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) including relevant engineering specifications.
- Communicate effectively in Arabic with clients to gather requirements and clarify technical details.
- Maintain regular communication with local UAE clients and government bodies using Arabic language skills.
- Keep the tender tracking system current, update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, and organize bid documentation.
- Assist in managing ISO/IATF 16949 quality management documentation for automotive customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- Fluency in Arabic, including speaking, reading, and writing, is essential.
- 0-1 year of experience, fresh graduates with internships or projects in manufacturing are welcome.
- Availability to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 15 days.
- Basic understanding of automotive components, engineering drawings, and BOQ.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is an advantage.
