About the Organisation
The client is a well-established large organisation engaged in a comprehensive transformation of its people and culture strategies. Employee experience is a core focus, with initiatives aimed at enhancing engagement, cultural development, workforce analytics, and employee value proposition to bolster sustained organisational performance.
Role Overview
This position involves leading the design and execution of an employee experience strategy encompassing the entire employee lifecycle. Key activities include developing roadmaps, driving Employee Value Proposition efforts, conducting culture diagnostics, managing feedback channels, and implementing engagement and recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive employee experience frameworks and strategic plans.
- Lead initiatives across all phases of the employee lifecycle that enhance experience and engagement.
- Develop, activate, and evaluate the Employee Value Proposition to align with organisational goals.
- Perform cultural assessments and facilitate culture change programs.
- Oversee employee listening mechanisms such as surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups to gather insights.
- Design and roll out employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.
- Interpret workforce data to inform and recommend actionable improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Arabic at a native or professional level is mandatory.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in employee experience domains including engagement, culture, EVP, employee feedback, or HR transformation.
- Demonstrated success in delivering engagement surveys, culture assessments, and comprehensive experience strategies.
- Strong capability to influence senior leadership and effect organisational change.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree complemented by professional qualifications such as CIPD or SHRM.
- Experience working in government, semi-government, or complex large-scale organisations is highly advantageous.
