About the Role
Mitek Systems is a global leader enabling organizations to build trust in a digital-first economy through identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. We are seeking an EMEA Marketing Manager to fuel regional demand, expedite sales pipeline growth, and support revenue across the EMEA region. This position is ideal for a proactive B2B marketer passionate about creating high-impact programs, working collaboratively with sales and partners, and utilizing data and creativity to achieve tangible business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and optimize demand generation initiatives across EMEA to drive pipeline growth for direct sales teams.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns involving webinars, digital marketing, account-based marketing, executive roundtables, sponsored and owned events, and industry conferences.
- Develop partnership marketing programs that empower existing and new partners to generate demand and accelerate pipeline progression.
- Execute partner-centric marketing efforts including co-marketing campaigns, partner activations, enablement resources, campaign toolkits, marketing collateral, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze and measure campaign outcomes, pipeline contributions, and marketing ROI to inform continuous improvement.
- Provide routine performance reports and tactical recommendations to enhance program efficiency and funnel conversion.
- Collaborate effectively with EMEA Sales, Channel, Business Development, and Global Marketing to align marketing strategies with regional objectives.
- Coordinate execution of campaigns with internal teams and external partners to optimize business impact.
- Oversee external agencies, event partners, and suppliers ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of marketing initiatives at high standards.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 4 years of demonstrated B2B SaaS marketing expertise.
- Experience in partner, channel, or field marketing strongly preferred.
- Proven strong execution skills with excellent project management capabilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing activities, campaign delivery, creative development, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with enterprise marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or related software.
- Data-driven mindset with aptitude to define, monitor, and report on ROI, analyze campaign metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product teams, central marketing, external partners, vendors, and agencies.
