Role Overview

We are seeking a senior finance leader to serve as the Regional Finance Leader for EMEA. This high-impact role requires someone experienced at the Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO level, who thrives on influencing critical business decisions across multiple markets without managing a large team. You will represent finance in regional leadership conversations, enhancing financial narratives, optimizing investment choices, and enabling faster decision-making through superior data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance representative for the EMEA region, partnering with commercial and operational leaders to shape strategic initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
• Lead forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring efforts to provide clear and actionable insights for leadership.
• Analyze financial results to identify risks, opportunities, and explain variances to inform decision-making.
• Support deal structuring, pricing evaluation, and risk management for complex commercial opportunities.
• Develop scenario financial models to guide investment, growth, and profitability across EMEA.

Who You Are

• A seasoned finance leader with extensive experience at senior levels within complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Experienced across multiple EMEA countries, adept at handling multi-entity structures and diverse regulatory environments.
• Highly skilled in FP&A with a performance-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ownership of full P&L, including revenue, cost management, and margin optimization.
• Proficient in collaborating with senior executives to influence strategy and make critical decisions.
• Expertise in commercial finance, including deal desks and pricing strategy.
• Strong financial modelling skills for evaluating fast-moving investment opportunities.
• Preferably holds a professional finance qualification (CPA, ACA, CFA).
• Fluent in English; additional European languages considered beneficial.

Location & Work Environment
