Electrical Site Engineer

Job Overview

The position requires a qualified Electrical Site Engineer holding at least a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering. This role involves overseeing site operations and ensuring projects are completed within the defined cost, quality standards, and scheduled timelines, aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise site activities to ensure proper functioning of the site team.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues faced by the site team as needed.
• Develop project plans and coordinate to obtain necessary government and statutory approvals and permits.
• Allocate adequate resources and monitor schedules to achieve timely project completion.
• Track project progress against schedules and maintain updated daily Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Work collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure successful project finalization.
• Oversee the appraisal and performance evaluation of subcontractors and external vendors involved in the project.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing electrical projects, preferably in settings such as schools, hospitals, and hotels.
