About the Role

We seek a driven and knowledgeable Site Supervisor to join our team, overseeing electrical construction on-site activities. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations at the construction site and coordinate all related activities.
• Provide leadership and supervision for on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and corporate policies during construction.
• Track project milestones, monitor budgets, and report on quality control.
• Quickly and effectively address any onsite issues or disagreements.
• Perform routine site inspections to maintain quality and verify adherence to project specifications.
• Keep detailed records including daily logs, progress updates, and incident documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers and clients to share progress and resolve concerns.
