About the Role
We seek a seasoned Electrical Shift Supervisor to manage shift-based activities, maximize the operational availability of electrical infrastructure, and lead an on-shift electrician team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign and manage tasks among shift electricians efficiently.
- Supervise routine and emergency maintenance schedules for high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) panels, transformers, DG sets, and UPS systems.
- Strictly enforce safety measures and compliance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Compile daily shift reports and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Candidate Requirements
- A Diploma in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Proven professional experience ranging from 8 to 10 years in relevant electrical supervisory roles.
- Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
Compensation
The final monthly salary, ranging between 30000 and 35000 INR, will be determined based on the candidate's technical acumen, practical field experience, leadership capabilities, safety adherence, and interview performance.
