Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven Education Counsellor to assist potential students in choosing suitable courses and career trajectories. The role involves providing guidance, managing inquiries, delivering detailed course information, and supporting admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students about various educational programs, certifications, and career opportunities.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, personal interests, and future ambitions.
• Detail course content, fee structures, batch timings, and placement services.
• Respond to inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
• Engage with leads to convert inquiries into admissions effectively.
• Keep comprehensive records of inquiries, follow-ups, and registrations.
• Collaborate with academic staff and placement departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Host counseling sessions, workshops, webinars, and career guidance events.
• Foster and sustain positive rapport with students and their families.
• Meet the specified targets for admissions and enrollments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome.
• Prior experience in educational counselling, admissions, telecalling, sales, or customer support is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective counseling and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in presenting and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to identify student needs and recommend appropriate options.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
• Driven, well-organized, and target-focused mindset.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 25,000 to 35,000. This is an on-site role based in Pune, Maharashtra.
